The Honest Starting Point

We are a peptide therapy platform. We have an obvious interest in people concluding that peptide therapy is worthwhile. We are going to give you an honest answer anyway, because the patients we want to serve are people making informed decisions โ€” not people who were convinced by marketing.

When Peptide Therapy Makes Strong Sense

Physician-supervised peptide therapy is most defensible for patients with specific, measurable goals that align with the strongest research areas: post-injury recovery and connective tissue healing (BPC-157, TB-500), documented GH decline in middle-aged adults (Sermorelin, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin with IGF-1 monitoring), and skin collagen support (GHK-Cu). The evidence in these areas is sufficient to justify a trial under physician supervision.

When It Makes Less Sense

Peptide therapy for vague wellness goals (“more energy,” “better performance”) without objective baseline measurements is harder to justify. Without a baseline, you cannot measure response. Without measuring response, you cannot know if it’s working. You are spending $200-400 per month on hope. This is not necessarily wrong โ€” but it is important to be honest about what you’re doing.

The Cost-Benefit Framework

At $150-400 per month, physician-supervised peptide therapy is not cheap. The question is whether the expected benefit (supported by preclinical evidence and consistent patient reports) justifies that cost for your specific situation. A physician who has looked at your labs, your history, and your goals is in a better position to answer that than any article.
